If you are visiting Trend Micro HouseCall for the first time please be aware that although Trend Micro HouseCall is an on-line scanner some important files are required to be downloaded to your machine prior to performing scanning tasks. These files are typically 1.5Mb in size so depending on your internet connection this could take some minutes to complete – so please be patient for the best results.
If you are a returning user these files may require updating so you may also experience some minutes before you are able to progress to the scanning page.
Once these components have been downloaded you can sit back and relax whilst Housecall scans you machine. Scan times will vary depending on what scan options you select and of course the speed of your internet connection.
